We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing our presence at events and shows within assigned territories, where we showcase our products and engage directly with potential customers. The Marketing Events Coordinator will lead our team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and effectively promotes our brand. Key responsibilities include researching and identifying suitable events, negotiating contracts with vendors, and organizing an annual calendar of marketing events. Additionally, the role involves recruiting, hiring, and training skilled Event Demonstrators, scheduling them appropriately, and overseeing booth and display logistics from setup to teardown.
This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate others to achieve collective goals. The Coordinator will also be responsible for generating leads through event interactions, scheduling free in-home consultations, managing contest entries, and measuring the success of these marketing efforts through detailed reporting. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work on weekends is essential to meet the demands of event schedules.

Job Duties
- Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
- Book an annual calendar of events and shows
- Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators
- Schedule demonstrators to work events
- Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down
- Set appointments for a free in-home consultation at the events and shows
- Collect contest entries
- Follow up on the contest entries and schedule them for a free in-home consultation
- Measure and report results
