Job Duties
- Research and identify local events, home shows, expos, and community opportunities within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with event vendors
- Build and manage an annual calendar of events and marketing opportunities
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
- Schedule Event Demonstrators and ensure proper event coverage
- Coordinate booth setup, displays, materials, and event breakdown
- Represent Bath Planet & Home Pro MI professionally at all events
- Engage with homeowners and help generate qualified leads
- Set appointments for free in-home consultations
- Collect contest entries and customer information
- Follow up on leads and assist with scheduling appointments
- Track event performance and measure results
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to improve event success
