Marketing Events Coordinator

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator. This full-time role is pivotal in managing and executing marketing events and shows within designated territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of marketing events, including researching, negotiating, booking, staffing, and evaluating event performance. The Marketing Events Coordinator will lead and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, including recruiting, training, and scheduling event demonstrators. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills combined with a proactive and outgoing personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Coordinator will also handle booth set-up and tear down, coordinate contests, and ensure follow-up appointments for free in-home consultations are set effectively, all contributing to the growing success of Bath Concepts across North America. The compensation package includes a competitive salary along with bonus opportunities and requires availability to work weekends.
