The company is currently seeking to hire an Experiences and Events Manager responsible for managing how Cornelis Networks presents itself at key industry events, trade shows, and executive gatherings where customers and partners make critical business decisions. This pivotal role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, covering everything from building the annual event calendar to devising booth strategies, managing vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and running events onsite. The position involves organizing events of varying scales, from intimate analyst dinners to large-scale conference booths featuring live demos and packed meeting schedules.

Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or account and program management
- Experience planning and executing tradeshow or conference presence for a B2B technology company
- Proven ability to manage on-site logistics including vendor coordination, budget management, and staffing
- Strong program management instincts with ability to handle concurrent timelines and deliverables
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- Experience with CRM and lead capture tools to track event-driven pipeline
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or program management at a B2B technology company
- Proven track record managing on-site logistics for events ranging from small receptions to large conferences
- Strong program management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent writing and communication skills for producing recap content and briefing documents
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy
- Familiarity with CRM and lead capture tools for tracking event-sourced pipeline
- Preferred experience in AI infrastructure, HPC, semiconductors, or enterprise IT
- Experience representing companies at major industry events like ISC, SC, OCP, GTC, or re:Invent
- Background working in fast-growing or category-creation stage companies
- Experience managing analyst or press interactions at events
Job Duties
- Own the company event calendar and prioritize investment across anchor industry and regional events
- Define booth strategy including size, format, staffing plan, sponsorship tier, and objectives tied to pipeline and brand goals
- Manage event budgets and negotiate with vendors for booth design, AV, giveaways, printing, and travel
- Coordinate post-event lead nurture with marketing and sales development teams
- Manage pre-event logistics including booth design, shipping, staffing schedules, and briefing materials
- Represent Cornelis on-site and manage event execution and real-time problem solving
- Assist with coordinating executive and customer meetings, press and analyst briefings, and speaking sessions
- Own lead capture on-site and ensure clean lead flow into CRM and follow-up workflows
- Track budgets, deliverables, and timelines across concurrent events
- Write post-event recap reports with analysis on lead volume, quality, spend, and ROI
- Build and maintain playbooks to improve future event success
- Work with sales leadership on staffing and lead follow-up alignment
- Collaborate with product marketing on content and demo requirements
- Coordinate with content teams for recap articles, social media, and multimedia assets for promotion
