The role of Marketing Events Account Lead at Crowe is a dynamic and integral position within the Strategic Growth Office. This job is responsible for the operational planning, project management, and seamless execution of assigned account events. The successful candidate will act as the primary event operations contact for aligned business units, working closely with stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure the delivery of high-quality event experiences. Key responsibilities include managing event project plans encompassing objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, technical requirements, vendor coordination, and logistical execution. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional client service. Unlike marketing roles focused on messaging or promotional strategy, this position is centered on event operations and production excellence, ensuring that all events are executed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with firm policies and processes.

The Marketing Events Account Lead has the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Crowe by innovating event processes and driving operational efficiencies that elevate the attendee experience. This position requires a highly organized, process-oriented professional with at least five years of experience in event management or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment. The role demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, impeccable communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple competing priorities. Flexibility is essential as this position involves working flexible hours and occasional travel to support events, training, and team meetings. Although remote work is primarily supported, there is also the option to work from a Crowe office when available.

Crowe offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with an estimated salary range of $63,700 to $133,400 per year, reflecting various factors such as skills, experience, and certifications. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, event operations, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support events and business priorities
  • Ability to travel periodically for event support, training, and team meetings
  • Remote position with the option to work from a Crowe office when available

Job Qualifications

  • Hands-on corporate event planning, logistics, and execution experience preferably within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple events
  • Experience establishing event objectives and measuring outcomes or ROI
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working within a distributed or remote operating model preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned account events
  • Lead planning and execution of market-facing events, leadership meetings, and internal events
  • Develop and manage event project plans including objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, logistics, technical requirements, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate event intake, scheduling, and resource allocation with event and business leaders
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with firm policies and processes
  • Identify, source, and manage vendors based on event requirements and business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful event execution and issue resolution
  • Facilitate attendee and engagement data handoff to marketing and sales teams for post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance event delivery and attendee experience
