The firm’s deep industry expertise enables it to provide a comprehensive suite of services including audit, tax, advisory, risk, and performance solutions to both public and private entities. Crowe is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and offers equitable opportunities for career growth and leadership. The company emphasizes flexibility in balancing work and life, nurtures employee well-being, and encourages innovation and continuous improvement in all sectors of its business.
The Marketing Events Operations Senior Associate position is situated within Crowe’s Strategic Growth Office, specifically on the Marketing team. This role focuses primarily on the orchestration and administration of off-site meetings and events, covering a broad spectrum of project activities. The Senior Associate will serve as the lead project manager for off-site events, ensuring seamless execution that aligns with Crowe’s high standards for client service excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for medium to large events—ranging from scheduling and shipping to venue setup—and maintaining vendor relationships alongside shipping timelines and inventory control.
As a critical member of the Marketing team, the Senior Associate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as the Meeting and Event Service Leader, Meeting Support Services Lead, and Marketing Event Lead to deliver exceptional meeting experiences through diverse delivery formats and digital technologies. The role demands technical proficiency in event technology platforms like Cvent, Survey Monkey, Poll Everywhere, and Microsoft Office Suite, alongside a comprehensive understanding of internal business practices and priorities to ensure adherence to firm standards.
The role also emphasizes sustainability by integrating environmental stewardship into events, supporting cultural and religious diversity, and accommodating dietary requirements. The Senior Associate is expected to contribute thought leadership and innovative ideas to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, provide mentorship to junior associates, and uphold Crowe’s core values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. Compensation for this role ranges from $63,700 to $133,400 annually, reflecting a range of factors such as experience, skill sets, and certifications. The position may require travel to attend select events and demands excellent communication, project coordination, and process management skills.
