This full-time position is responsible for the complete execution of events at the dealership level, assisting the Marketing Director in organizing and implementing promotions and events that attract new customers and enhance the Harley-Davidson brand presence. The coordinator will manage all aspects of event planning, from vendor coordination and social media management to ensuring compliance with brand and dealership policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the dealership’s Facebook and Instagram pages with frequent and engaging posts; handling vendor relationships including event staff, food vendors, and entertainment providers; and ensuring high standards in the event layout and execution.

Moreover, the Marketing & Event Coordinator will be involved in logistical tasks such as obtaining necessary permits and licenses, coordinating rides that start from the dealership, and managing offsite promotions to expand the dealership’s market reach. This role demands detailed planning and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent events and promotions with enthusiasm and professionalism. The coordinator will attend weekly meetings to provide updates on past and upcoming events, generate presentations for key store meetings, and support donation inquiries, ensuring a seamless flow of operations and communication within the team. Through these activities, the role directly supports the primary goal of increasing dealership traffic, enhancing the brand image, and achieving marketing targets.
