Their innovations extend from cinemas and live venues to home entertainment systems and mobile devices, ensuring that their technologies enable spectacular, transcendent experiences. Known for a strong culture of innovation and collaboration, this company is celebrated not only for its cutting-edge products but also for its commitment to creating memorable, engaging events that showcase their technological prowess.

The Experiential Marketing team at the company is an award-winning organization focused on delivering impactful, immersive experiences that inspire and engage diverse audiences. This dynamic team works passionately to deliver awe-inspiring experiences and is continuously evolving to optimize event operations and audience engagement.

This opportunity is for a Coordinator, Experiential Marketing, a role based at the headquarters in San Francisco's Experience Center. The position is a six-month contract with a possibility of extension and offers a pay range of $30-34 per hour on W2. This role is full-time, on-site, and occasionally involves evening or weekend hours, reflecting the dynamic nature of event coordination within a fast-paced environment.

The Coordinator will play an instrumental role in supporting the planning and execution of various high-impact guest experiences and events hosted at the Experience Center. The scope of events includes customer visits, press events, fan engagements, and internal gatherings, all designed to highlight the company’s latest technologies and innovations. The Experience Center itself features state-of-the-art laboratories and an on-site cinema, providing a unique setting to demonstrate the company's cutting-edge offerings.

In this position, the Coordinator will lead and support the orchestration of events for VIP customers and partners, including agenda creation, logistics planning, and coordination of tech showcases, presenters, and meeting spaces. The role involves organizing networking receptions, cinema screenings for tier 1 ecosystem partners, and supporting cross-functional colleagues who host events. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist the Experience Center Lead in optimizing operations, enhancing data capture, and delivering insightful reports to prove event value.

Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for crafting strategic guest experiences. Candidates should be comfortable managing high-pressure, high-visibility situations with calmness and solution-oriented thinking. The position demands a self-starter mindset and a team-oriented, collaborative approach, as well as a curiosity about consumer technology and entertainment trends.

Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with staff and management at all levels, including C-suite executives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, alongside the ability to quickly learn various software tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro, event registration platforms, Concur, and survey tools. Candidates should bring at least three years of relevant experience in executive briefing centers, hospitality, customer service, communications, marketing, or media events.

This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a globally respected entertainment brand that values creativity, agility, dependability, and collaboration. The role offers exposure to high-profile events and strategic guest engagement, making it an excellent stepping stone for individuals passionate about experiential marketing and event coordination.
