The role of Coordinator, Experiential Marketing is a dynamic and rewarding position designed for a talented and enthusiastic professional who will support the execution of high-impact guest experiences and events at the Experience Center. This is a six-month contract position with a possibility of extension, offering a competitive pay range of $30-34 per hour on a W2 basis. The Coordinator will take a hands-on role in organizing customer, press, fan, and internal events, including demo-focused visits to the headquarters. These events play a crucial part in demonstrating the company’s technological innovations to high-profile external customers and partners, fostering strong relationships and creating memorable experiences.

In this role, you will be expected to lead and assist with a variety of activities, including agenda creation and logistics planning for guest visits, coordinating executive networking receptions and movie screenings for tier 1 ecosystem partners, and providing operational guidance to cross-functional teams hosting events. You will also assist with optimizing center operations, data collection, and reporting to continuously improve the delivery of value. A key element of this role is the ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-visibility situations, maintaining a calm, solution-oriented mindset to ensure seamless event execution.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in executive briefing center operations customer service hospitality and or communications marketing or media events
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Comfort level with speaking to all levels of staff and management including C-level executives and talent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Outlook Word Teams Excel PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn tools such as Airtable Smartsheet Miro event registration platforms Concur and survey tools
  • Must be available for full-time in-person attendance at HQ in San Francisco with occasional evening and weekend work
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Passionate about events and strategic guest experiences
  • Ability to stay calm and solution oriented in high-pressure high-visibility situations

  • This position requires full-time in-person attendance at global HQ in San Francisco and occasional work in evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead agenda creation and logistics planning for HQ Experience Center guest visits including coordination of tech showcases presenters meeting spaces F&B
  • Coordinate HQ Experience Center customer partner and press events including executive networking receptions and Cinema movie screenings for tier 1 ecosystem partners
  • Provide guidance to and enable the success of cross-functional colleagues who host events at HQ
  • Assist the Experience Center Lead with optimization of operations data capture and delivery of value-proving reports
