Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in event or marketing coordination
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Capacity to collaborate across teams including sales and operations
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment in Toledo, OH
- Availability for occasional limited travel to key events
Job Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in event coordination, marketing coordination, or related roles
- Experience coordinating tradeshows or B2B events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, or other B2B industries preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools preferred
- Basic understanding of email marketing, social media engagement, and landing page creation preferred
- Interest in brand development and multi-brand marketing environments preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of events and tradeshows across all U.S. brands
- Secure sponsorships and manage relationships with event organizers
- Organize and communicate booth staffing needs, schedules, and expectations
- Coordinate shipping and logistics for booth materials, signage, and swag
- Manage swag inventory and restocking
- Oversee event setup requirements, booth assets, and on-site needs
- Lead post-event processes including lead collection, CRM handoff, reporting, and internal debriefs
