Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in event or marketing coordination
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Capacity to collaborate across teams including sales and operations
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment in Toledo, OH
  • Availability for occasional limited travel to key events

Job Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in event coordination, marketing coordination, or related roles
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows or B2B events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and external vendors
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, financial services, or other B2B industries preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools preferred
  • Basic understanding of email marketing, social media engagement, and landing page creation preferred
  • Interest in brand development and multi-brand marketing environments preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of events and tradeshows across all U.S. brands
  • Secure sponsorships and manage relationships with event organizers
  • Organize and communicate booth staffing needs, schedules, and expectations
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for booth materials, signage, and swag
  • Manage swag inventory and restocking
  • Oversee event setup requirements, booth assets, and on-site needs
  • Lead post-event processes including lead collection, CRM handoff, reporting, and internal debriefs
