Within this vibrant environment, the Marketing Events Coordinator plays a crucial role by managing the complete lifecycle of events across all internal brands under the Opteon umbrella. This full-time hybrid position is based in Toledo, OH, requiring a minimum of two days per week in-office, with occasional minimal travel for key events. The Events Coordinator is responsible for the logistical organization, sponsorship management, and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of tradeshows, conferences, and partner events. Beyond event coordination, the role also supports go-to-market (GTM) strategies, marketing operations, and creative design functions.
The ideal candidate for this role is an early-career marketer with 1–2 years of relevant experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Job Duties
