This role is within the marketing division of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, specifically titled Coordinator Marketing Encore. As a Coordinator Marketing Encore, your main responsibility will be to assist in providing vacation owners and guests with engaging experiences and events that help craft lasting vacation memories. In your daily activities, you will be involved in promoting trial membership packages that encourage guests to explore special ownership opportunities while highlighting the benefits that come with participation. Your communication skills will be essential as you convey offers and incentives clearly and persuasively to meet and exceed sales presentation goals and production volume targets. Coordinating closely with team members and supporting company standards related to guest experience, safety, and professionalism are key components of this role. You are expected to maintain an inviting environment by welcoming guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the company’s reputation.

The job includes working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of the vacation hospitality industry. In some locations, depending on state laws, obtaining a real estate license may be required, so there is an opportunity to grow credentials in this career path. Candidates will also need to meet health and safety standards, including passing background and drug screening as applicable. Physical requirements include the ability to reach, bend, twist, stand, sit, and walk for extended durations, ensuring you can perform the job functions efficiently and safely.

Job Requirements
