Job Description

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC (IAH) is a prominent provider of global-scale logistics, facilities management, and advanced professional and technical services specializing in supporting U.S. and international government agencies and organizations. The company is highly regarded for its world-class program management capabilities, delivering safe, innovative, and reliable solutions tailored to meet the multifaceted and evolving challenges faced by its diverse client base. The company and its affiliates, including IAP World Services, Inc., Readiness Management Support L.C., and JPATS Logistics Services, LLC, embody a strong commitment to equality of opportunity and diversity, ensuring all qualified applicants are considered without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

The Marketing Coordinator / ITT Supervisor role at Intrepid Acquisition Holdings is a pivotal position designed to support the Community Services Flight objectives through the implementation and maintenance of an integrated marketing program. This full-time position requires an individual capable of developing and delivering professional industry-standard marketing materials that effectively promote force support events to the base population with high accuracy and timeliness. The Marketing Coordinator will also provide guest support aligned with the Site Manager’s directives and contribute to the management of all common area marketing boards on base.

In this role, excellence in marketing communication and event coordination is essential. The Marketing Coordinator will chair weekly marketing meetings, coordinate cultural tour events tailored to Department of Defense, military, civilian, contractor, and coalition members, and manage timely responses to inquiries and logistical transportation for tours. Candidates are expected to meet stringent quality control standards, maintaining a maximum of two defects per month in marketing materials while adhering to rapid turnaround timelines—48 hours for regular materials and as quick as one hour for urgent requests. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator must possess expert knowledge of modern marketing tools, including web-based applications, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office programs, and platforms such as SharePoint and online newsletters. Experience working with professional plotters will also be highly beneficial.

A valid U.S. driver's license, a U.S. passport, ability to obtain and maintain residency visas for deployment locations, and readiness to comply with USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements are mandatory. Candidates must be physically able to work in challenging environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, high temperatures, and extended hours.

The Marketing Coordinator / ITT Supervisor must hold and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance, underscoring the sensitivity and responsibility of the role within a secure operating environment. This position offers an opportunity to play an active role in operational support and community engagement within a leading federal contracting firm recognized for its integrity and excellence in service delivery.
