Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, or related field (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, PR, partnerships, or related field (internships included)
  • Passion for brand building, storytelling, and culture-driven marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with influencer marketing or events is a plus
  • Experience in CPG, wellness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction

Job Duties

  • Support day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and documentation
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance and actively participate in required meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Attend all mandatory meetings
  • Assist with influencer and brand partnership outreach, gifting, and relationship management
  • Support management of PR agencies, including coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, sharing assets/products, and assisting with press opportunities and reporting
  • Coordinate product shipments to influencers, partners, and events, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Source and onboard brand partners for the VIP perks program, including vetting and coordinating partnership details
  • Help plan and execute events, activations, and brand moments
  • Support ongoing product donations for brand partner events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, Sales, Operations) and external partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Assist in briefing creative teams and gathering inputs from stakeholders
