The role of Marketing Coordinator at Pressed Juicery is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to join a forward-thinking wellness brand and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives. Reporting to the marketing leadership team, this position plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and coordination of integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, events, and strategic partnerships. The Marketing Coordinator helps bring brand stories to life and ensures seamless delivery of marketing assets and campaigns on schedule. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Marketing Coordinators at Pressed Juicery are deeply involved with a variety of impactful projects, including the VIP Partnership Perks program designed to enhance brand collaborations, culturally significant campaigns such as the Pride campaign, seasonal activations like the Summer Travel campaign, and exciting partnerships such as the Pressed x Disney's Descendants collaboration. Part of the role also involves managing ongoing product donations to support partner events, increasing brand visibility, and fostering community engagement.
Additionally, the coordinator provides essential support in managing relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and brand partners. Duties include coordinating communications, managing shipments of products, tracking project deliverables, and assisting with press opportunities and reporting. An essential part of the role involves cross-functional collaboration with creative, social, sales, and operations teams, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned, effective, and drive engagement across all sales channels.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Support day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
- Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and documentation
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and actively participate in required meetings, trainings, and company events
- Attend all mandatory meetings
- Assist with influencer and brand partnership outreach, gifting, and relationship management
- Support management of PR agencies, including coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, sharing assets/products, and assisting with press opportunities and reporting
- Coordinate product shipments to influencers, partners, and events, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Source and onboard brand partners for the VIP perks program, including vetting and coordinating partnership details
- Help plan and execute events, activations, and brand moments
- Support ongoing product donations for brand partner events
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Social, Sales, Operations) and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Assist in briefing creative teams and gathering inputs from stakeholders
