Job Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including mandatory Adobe InDesign experience and preferred familiarity with Photoshop
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Journalism/Communications
  • Strong work ethic and excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time independently
  • Inherent curiosity and resourcefulness for creative problem solving
  • Ability to navigate and adjust to different work styles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Journalism/Communications
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign
  • Strong graphic design and production skills
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, especially when working independently
  • Natural curiosity and resourcefulness for creative problem-solving
  • Ability to adapt to different work styles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Duties

  • Produce/create marketing materials including RFP/RFQ responses, short list and other presentations, capabilities books, qualifications packages, case studies, resumes, boilerplate and other required business development tools
  • Support the pursuit process from receipt of RFP through kickoff and submittal, managing drafts, deadlines and deliverables for timely, distinctive proposals
  • Support the Sales Marketing team collaboratively by filling in gaps, connecting the dots, and contributing to departmental initiatives
  • Participate in internal strategy and marketing meetings to enhance team effectiveness
  • Utilize Adobe InDesign to design and produce high-quality, visually compelling layouts that align with firm branding and messaging
  • Coordinate with practice teams across the firm to gather content and ensure accuracy of marketing materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and client requirements
