The company stands at the intersection of creativity, technology, and community engagement, leveraging its iconic venues, premier sports franchises, influential music brands, and cutting-edge ticketing platforms to deliver unforgettable experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. AEG is deeply committed to fostering innovation and artistry while prioritizing inclusivity and environmental sustainability within all facets of its operations. The organization's dedication to diversity reflects not only in its workforce but also in the artists, athletes, and fans it serves, thus nurturing community ties and advocating for sustainable business practices.
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator position at AEG plays a critical role in driving ticket sales and enhancing event exposure within the assigned Southwestern region. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role requires the candidate to collaborate effectively with agents, artist managers, and bookers to successfully promote shows. Responsibilities include constructing and maintaining comprehensive advertising plans, coordinating media buying efforts, and implementing digital marketing campaigns that maximize reach and impact. The coordinator also manages the creation, proofreading, and distribution of email marketing materials, press releases, and publicity materials, serving as a liaison to public relations teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all communications.
Budget management and accurate record-keeping are also vital components of the role, along with delivering detailed show settlement reports that include financial actuals and campaign notes. The position demands hands-on involvement with campaign pixel tracking and coordination of digital assets such as banners and videos to ensure effective digital media presence. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date ticketing information, managing presale passwords, and liaising with ticketing and promotional partners are essential to the role's success.
This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, all while working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and familiarity with the music industry. The position offers an hourly pay range of $20 to $23 and is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation, parental leave, 401(k) with employer match, and wellness benefits. AEG maintains a policy of equal opportunity employment and compliance with all applicable laws, pledging an inclusive workplace free from discrimination. Candidates should note that the employer does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
