The Marketing Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate, also internally known as Client Services Coordinator, is a pivotal role designed for a dynamic professional who excels at supporting brokers and enhancing client engagement through targeted marketing initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in driving business development by creating compelling pitch decks, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication between brokers and clients. The role requires a blend of project management skills, creative marketing abilities, and administrative support, positioning you as an essential part of the broker team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include juggling multiple projects and timelines, developing tailored presentations for a diverse client base, and executing robust marketing campaigns. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date transaction records on client portals and company websites, ensuring that all information is accessible and current for both local and regional clients. Your expertise with Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be instrumental in delivering polished marketing collateral that supports the team’s objectives.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $25.09 to $33.65 and is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in marketing support within commercial real estate. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • 1-2+ years of marketing support experience within commercial real estate
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Marketing or Real Estate
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign
  • Proficient in intermediate Microsoft Office functions including Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine CA

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Marketing or Real Estate
  • 1-2+ years of marketing support services experience within commercial real estate
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Job Duties

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team and track action items delivery dates/times and manage up to completion of each project
  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team
  • Execute marketing campaigns including scheduling campaigns maintenance of mailing lists and running campaign reports
  • Update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites and client contract portals for both local and regional clients
  • Support administration efforts as needed
  • Create marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign
  • Communicate effectively with brokers and clients
