Job Description
Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest United States, with fourteen offices strategically located across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. The firm is deeply committed to building community, a value that drives both their business model and employee culture. By investing in extraordinary people who are passionate about giving back to the communities where they live and work, Parkhill combines the talents of planners, architects, and engineers to deliver outstanding projects and solutions in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Their team is a diverse group of collaborators driven by a shared mission to enhance local environments and foster stronger, more vibrant communities. At Parkhill, employees have access to an innovative work environment that supports flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful impact.
The Marketing Coordinator role at Parkhill is a full-time position responsible for supporting a variety of marketing initiatives, with a focus on proposal development, marketing collateral creation, and client engagement within the AEC sector. This position is vital to ensuring that all business development activities are supported by high-quality, timely, and accurate materials that uphold the firm’s standards and help secure new projects and sustain client relationships. The coordinator plays an essential role in coordinating complex requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP), and statements of qualifications in competitive bidding environments. They collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing professionals and subject matter experts, to ensure each submission is comprehensive, compliant, and tailored to the client’s needs.
In addition to proposal support, the Marketing Coordinator develops marketing collateral that highlights firm leadership and technical experts, writes and edits engaging content for presentations and marketing materials, and ensures brand consistency across all communications. This role also involves logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns, helping to enhance Parkhill’s visibility and reputation in the marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator participates actively in marketing meetings and continuing education activities, fostering ongoing learning and professional development.
Candidates for this position will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines are essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to building community and making a positive impact through design and engineering excellence. Parkhill values a positive, learning-oriented attitude and welcomes professionals at all stages of their careers, from recent graduates to experienced marketers. As part of a comprehensive benefits program, the firm offers hybrid and flexible work schedules, generous paid time off, competitive health plans, and professional development programs aimed at fostering career growth and personal well-being. This role is compensated on an annual salary basis and paid bi-weekly, reflecting Parkhill’s investment in attracting and retaining top marketing talent to advance the firm’s strategic goals in the AEC industry.
