This position involves collaboration across multiple internal teams, including hotel departments, food and beverage services, signature events, golf operations, and membership services, as well as external partners. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing social media initiatives, updating website content, and maintaining the brand's reputation across various online platforms such as Yelp, Google Business, TripAdvisor, and Bing.

In addition to managing digital campaigns and social media presence, the role requires logistical coordination of marketing initiatives, including photography and videography shot lists, creative briefs, and media alerts. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the creation of marketing collateral and communication materials, encompassing print, digital, social media, and email direct marketing campaigns. A background or experience in graphic arts, design work, copywriting, or photography combined with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Rush is highly preferred. This role offers a chance to develop practical marketing skills in a thriving hospitality environment while working alongside seasoned professionals. The position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Marketing Manager, providing essential support to achieve the hotel’s marketing goals.

The remuneration for this position ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, reflecting the hotel's commitment to offering competitive wages. Employees at The Quail also benefit from exceptional medical coverage and attractive employee discounts on the lodge, golf, and dining services. This benefits package underscores the hotel’s dedication to ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.
