The Marketing Coordinator role at Legends Global is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and focused on supporting marketing efforts for The Oncenter and Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview venues. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding talent and experience.

The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in driving revenue-focused marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and in-venue promotional activities. The role requires a professional, team-oriented individual who upholds the high marketing standards consistent with the Legends Global Marketing Network, working collaboratively to create and execute compelling campaigns that boost ticket sales, premium seating, private events, and other new revenue streams.

Responsibility areas include the development and distribution of innovative digital content, sales collateral, and graphics designed to engage target audiences and increase visibility across marketing channels. Proficiency in platforms like Canva and Adobe Photoshop supports the creation of appealing marketing materials, while the coordination of event-related media duties demands organizational savvy and proactive communication skills.

This position also requires adaptability to new marketing technologies and artificial intelligence tools, aligning with Legends Global’s dedication to innovation and continuous improvement. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to data tracking and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and strategically optimized.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related area of study
  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in data tracking of all marketing-related efforts
  • Create marketing graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
