CAMP Systems stands as a global leader in aircraft compliance and health management, dedicated to serving the business aviation sector with innovative, technology-driven solutions. Since its establishment in 1968, CAMP Systems has grown into a dynamic and influential company, supporting over 20,000 aircraft and 33,000 engines worldwide through its cutting-edge platforms. The company has forged strong partnerships with more than 1,300 maintenance facilities and parts suppliers around the globe, reinforcing its position as a trusted technology partner in aviation. With a dedicated team of over 1,600 employees across 14 international locations, CAMP Systems reflects a culture deeply committed to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This role is a Marketing Coordinator position, crucial to the marketing team at CAMP Systems. The Marketing Coordinator supports a variety of marketing initiatives including program execution, campaign management, event coordination, social media engagement, sales enablement, and daily marketing operations. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead for Campaigns & Engagement, the Marketing Coordinator ensures all marketing projects are effectively organized, deadlines are met, and marketing materials are polished and ready to be utilized across channels including campaigns, events, the company website, social media, and sales support.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in campaign timelines and task tracking using tools like Asana, coordinating the preparation and follow-up of marketing assets, managing logistics for events and trade shows, and supporting social media content scheduling and formatting. Additional responsibilities include productive support in creative production tasks such as updating templates, resizing graphics, preparing visuals, supporting video edits, and managing variations of marketing collateral. The role also entails website updates, landing page support, HubSpot task coordination, and organization of sales enablement materials such as one-sheets, case studies, and presentations.
Ideal candidates bring 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or related fields, alongside a relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. While experience in SaaS, B2B, aviation, or technology sectors is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality output. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with design and project tools like Canva, Asana, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or video editing software will be considered a plus. Moreover, the ability and willingness to learn and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, content support, and marketing production processes is highly valued.
Joining CAMP Systems means engaging in a workplace that values each employee’s ideas and offers real opportunities for personal and career growth. The company fosters an inclusive and diverse work environment and is proud to be an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer committed to providing accessibility and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. CAMP Systems invites qualified candidates eager to contribute to reimagining the future of aviation and driving forward its mission to connect the aviation industry with smart technology to make flight safer and more efficient.
