Operating globally, Travel + Leisure Co. is dedicated to creating exceptional vacation experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. This is achieved through a passionate workforce that embraces new opportunities to learn and deliver outstanding service while maintaining a fun, inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and development.

The Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time position based in downtown Seattle, Washington, at the company’s in-house marketing department located at 1619 9th Avenue. This role involves direct interaction with prospective and current resort owners, engaging them with in-person marketing efforts designed to schedule presentations and sales-preview tours. The coordinator will act as a professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co., greeting guests, presenting the value proposition, and motivating them to participate in sales presentations.

In this role, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with resort staff to receive guest arrival sheets and manage the scheduling and reservation process for sales presentations. Responsibilities also include screening and qualifying potential customers according to company guidelines, collecting deposits for reservations, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and performance standards. This position combines both customer service and sales marketing skills to achieve individual and site performance goals, offering a rewarding career in a fast-paced resort marketing environment.

Candidates for this position will be expected to maintain clear and concise written and verbal communication, work effectively in a team environment, and stay current with industry trends and departmental goals through scheduled training sessions and meetings. Technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills including smart devices is required. Although sales and marketing experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The company values a positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in a shared space.

Travel requirements are minimal, with no travel expected outside the home site area. As a Marketing Coordinator at Travel + Leisure Co., you will benefit from a competitive compensation package that includes a starting hourly wage of $21.30, with increased pay to $23.30 during the initial training period. Incentive earnings based on individual performance and site targets may range from $11,500 to $76,500 annually, and components of the incentives are paid weekly. This unique compensation structure provides high earning potential for motivated individuals.

Travel + Leisure Co. also offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates working 30 or more hours per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Additional perks include a wish day for volunteering, a 401k with employer match, legal and identity theft protection plans, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness programs, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

The company prides itself on hospitality and inclusivity, fostering an environment where employees can grow their careers and contribute to memorable experiences for customers and communities alike.
