Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications including internships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and engaging with employees at all levels
Job Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications including internships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist in managing and maintaining NABRICO’s social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, photos, short-form videos, and employee highlights
- Support internal teams by promoting company events, safety initiatives, hiring efforts, and operational milestones
- Capture onsite content including photos and videos that reflect facilities, employees, and products
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic reporting on social media performance and trends
- Ensure all social media content aligns with company branding and professional standards
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting campaigns and employer branding efforts
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas to enhance visibility
