Lotto.com is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic marketing team in Jersey City, NJ. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and offers a competitive salary range of $50,001 to $75,000 annually. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting digital media campaigns, managing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, and coordinating marketing efforts alongside Lotto.com’s media, creative, and public relations agencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer behavior-based CRM campaigns using a variety of communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and retargeting efforts. Your work will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, increasing active users, and improving overall revenue generation. You will manage Lotto.com’s sophisticated customer data platform and CRM infrastructure, continually enhancing how the company communicates with its customers throughout their lifecycle.
The Marketing Coordinator will also handle campaign execution, monitoring, and reporting, providing critical insights that improve return on investment (ROI) and inform future marketing strategies. This role encourages a culture of iterative testing and data analysis to optimize marketing content, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness. You will be tasked with not only maintaining but also growing Lotto.com's CRM database by developing innovative strategies to boost signups and active user engagement.
Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee Lotto.com’s rewards loyalty program, working creatively to increase program signups, awareness, engagement, and customer value. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, creative, and performance teams is essential to meet business goals and deliver measurable marketing success.
This position requires a fast learner with an analytical and process-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms such as Contentful and Optimove are highly valued. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and basic HTML and design is also beneficial.

Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- must have at least 1 year of CRM experience
- 1-2 years’ experience as a marketing manager, CRM manager, ad tech account manager or similar roles
- fast learner who can understand technology at any level

- knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
