Job Description
Anheuser-Busch is a renowned American brewing company known for its iconic portfolio of beer and beyond beer brands that have become staples across the nation. With a rich heritage and over 165 years of brewing history, Anheuser-Busch stands as a leading industry powerhouse, home to some of the most beloved names like Michelob ULTRA, the number one top-selling beer in America, Busch Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois, Cutwater Spirits, and several industry-leading craft brands. The company not only prides itself on creating high-quality, great-tasting beverages but also on its deep commitment to the communities it serves and the hardworking Americans who bring these brands to life. Anheuser-Busch's dedication extends beyond brewing into social responsibility initiatives including support for American farmers, military veterans, first responders, and various community aid programs including emergency drinking water donations and responsible drinking campaigns.
The role being offered is an exciting opportunity within Anheuser-Busch's dynamic team. This position involves being the main point of contact for all brand marketing and program education across on- and off-premise venues. The successful candidate will develop and maintain positive relationships with local promoters, concessionaires, and sponsorship partners, playing a critical role in enhancing the company’s brand presence at events and venues. Responsibilities include evaluating and responding to local sponsorship and donation requests, managing trade marketing execution, and producing event recaps that include return on investment data. The role also involves planning and executing corporate social responsibility projects and handling beer donation requests, which are an integral part of the company's community efforts.
Further, the position requires coordinating manpower for events, overseeing the allocation and maintenance of special event equipment, and assisting with special projects as assigned by management. Effective communication skills are essential, particularly in presenting brand programming to sales teams to ensure strong territorial execution and product engagement. This role demands flexibility, including availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. The salary range for this position is $70,500 to $79,800, and the position is bonus eligible, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate’s expertise and contribution to the team.
Overall, this role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing, brand development, event coordination, and community engagement within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Anheuser-Busch offers extensive resources, teammate collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth, making it an excellent place for those who want to unleash their full potential and contribute to a future filled with innovation and more cheers. Joining Anheuser-Busch means becoming part of a culture rooted in dreaming big, embracing passion and curiosity, and making a meaningful impact in the industry and communities they serve.
