The role of Marketing Coordinator at Century Martial Arts is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Marketing Manager. Located in Oklahoma City, OK, this position offers a dynamic work environment in a respected industry leader. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized marketing professional with a passion for content creation, social media management, event coordination, and brand storytelling. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s integrated marketing campaigns, helping promote the brand’s diverse array of products and educational offerings. This role involves collaboration across multiple channels to create engaging customer experiences, from email marketing to digital advertising, print, and social media.

In addition to campaign management, the Marketing Coordinator will handle content development, ensuring brand consistency, scheduling and publishing social media posts, and monitoring engagement to optimize visibility and customer interaction. Event planning and coordination are also key components, requiring the ability to manage logistics for tournaments, trade shows, and other promotional opportunities, including occasional travel. The position involves analyzing marketing data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will inform strategic recommendations and help identify growth opportunities. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively with sales, product development, customer service teams, and external vendors.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, print, and web channels
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, assets, and deliverables
  • Create, edit, and publish marketing content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
  • Monitor engagement and interact with online communities
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate company participation in tournaments, trade shows, seminars, sponsorships, and special events
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation
  • Travel as needed to support key marketing initiatives and events
  • Track campaign performance using marketing and analytics tools
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand differentiation
  • Partner with sales, product development, customer service, and external vendors to support company objectives
