The Marketing Coordinator role at AlphaTheta entails comprehensive coordination for marketing events and promotions, emphasizing logistics management, inventory movement, and vendor support. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this full-time, exempt salary position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, accompanied by a discretionary bonus. The role is hybrid-based, combining remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration days, strategically located to support regional and national event participation and day-to-day marketing operations.

As a pivotal member of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator partners with cross-functional departments such as Marketing Communications, Product Planning, Sales, and Warehouse teams. The core responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials and facilitating seamless execution of tradeshows, regional events, and product launch activities. This role demands outstanding organizational skills to coordinate shipping logistics, inventory requests, and vendor agreements while maintaining strict adherence to company brand standards and event timelines.

Specifically, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning and executing major events including national tradeshows by managing ship list preparation and coordinating with warehouse logistics. The coordinator also oversees smaller dealer and regional DJ events from concept to completion, ensuring all marketing materials — including logo guidelines and product descriptions — are accurately delivered to end-users and third-party vendors.

The role involves creating and managing loan and vendor agreements for artists and organizations, coordinating shipment of gear to media reviewers during product launches, preparing post-event reports, and collaborating closely with sales representatives to maintain alignment on vendor store displays and product presentation standards. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for budgeting event inventories such as show stock and prizes, and working with the broader marketing team to fulfill brand initiatives.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high accuracy and attention to detail, troubleshooting event-related challenges to deliver timely and effective solutions. Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalency
  • minimum four years of marketing experience in event planning
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • experience in Google Suite preferred
  • experience in Asana (project management software) preferred
