The Marketing Coordinator role at Acqualina Resort and The Mansions at Acqualina is a pivotal position responsible for managing and organizing all marketing materials in both electronic and print formats. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a critical role in shaping the marketing communications and digital presence for the resort and residences. The Marketing Coordinator handles video, content, photography, and design requests and actively contributes to the resort's overall promotional marketing strategies across various segments such as the spa, dining, and wedding services.
This position requires a dynamic individual who manages social media accounts, develops content strategies, and analyzes campaign results to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The Coordinator is proficient in graphic design and uses these skills to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the resort's brand identity. Administrative tasks are also a key component of this role, including maintaining marketing timelines, organizing media libraries, coordinating photo and video shoots, and supporting partnership marketing efforts.
Highly organized and proactive, the Marketing Coordinator collaborates with various internal teams such as Food and Beverage, Spa, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Resort Management. They also interact with external partners and online platforms to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives. Overall, this role supports Acqualina's mission to introduce the brand to consumers on a personal level, increase promotional awareness, drive online traffic, and influence bookings through effective marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or graphic design, with strong communication and time management skills. Job Duties
- prepare and maintain marketing timeline for all hotel outlets
- maintain and assist with development of social media messaging and blog content
- document social media findings and share with internal teams
- stay educated on social media and digital marketing trends
- place key messaging on all distribution channels including website and eblast
- produce internal marketing pieces such as weekly activity sheets and monthly posters
- use graphic design skills to create marketing collateral for digital and print
- assist with partnership marketing placements
