MEPPI is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Assistant to join its Corporate Marketing department. This full-time position focuses on providing administrative, communication, and project management support across diverse corporate marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will be instrumental in coordinating travel and expenses for marketing-related events, managing purchase orders, supporting marketing events, tracking projects and vendor activities, and overseeing marketing inventory. Additionally, the role involves monitoring marketing requests from various divisions, managing meeting and event schedules, and preparing relevant reports and documentation.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in technology tools, including Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems. The Marketing Assistant will liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and maintain the positive, professional image of MEPPI.
