The role of Marketing Concierge at Hilton Grand Vacations is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a positive outlook and the dedication to make things happen. Team members in this position play a pivotal role in helping guests create wonderful memories through their vacations while driving company success by educating guests on the company’s outstanding products. This position offers a pay rate of $17 per hour, with the potential for commission and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Concierges promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site guests and visitors. They provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions, particularly focusing on the island of Oahu. The role requires distributing approved promotional information, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional company image. Team members assist in implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs while adhering to the highest standards of integrity.

HGV values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities throughout the application, interview, and employment process.
