As a Marketing Concierge - Aloha Ambassador at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a central role in helping guests create memorable vacation experiences through professional phone and email conversations. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour plus commission and bonuses, targeting annual earnings around $80,000, with the potential for higher income based on individual performance. To support new hires, the company offers a $2,500 incentive guarantee per month for up to six months, providing a strong foundation to build confidence and develop marketing expertise in a supportive environment. The position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks effectively. Primary responsibilities include conducting inbound and outbound calls with guests to promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email, and using CRM and telecommunications tools to track reservations and guest interactions accurately. The role also involves providing concierge services by recommending local dining options, activities, and attractions that showcase the unique features of the island of Hawaii while introducing Hilton Grand Vacations’ ownership opportunities. Time management, organization, and customer service skills are essential to manage multiple guest requests, maintain follow-ups, and deliver an excellent company image consistently. Flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM will be assigned based on guest travel patterns and business needs. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Computer proficiency including experience with email, Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and telecommunications platforms
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests through phone and electronic communications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Detailed understanding of the island of Hawaii with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
  • Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing environment
  • Preferred candidates are located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island activities

Job Duties

  • Conduct professional inbound and outbound phone conversations with guests to promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages
  • Respond to guest inquiries through email and phone communications while delivering exceptional customer service and creating exceptional vacation experiences
  • Use computer applications, telecommunications systems, and CRM tools to lead guest interactions, track reservations, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences, activities, and attractions while presenting Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple guest requests, follow-ups, and booking opportunities throughout the day
  • Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs according to the standards of integrity adhered to by Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Maintain prompt follow-up communication with prospective guests through phone calls and email correspondence to improve engagement and booking conversion opportunities
