The company fosters a vibrant and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive, learn, and contribute to the mission of turning vacation inspiration into memorable adventures. By embracing innovation and growth, Travel + Leisure Co. offers a stimulating and rewarding professional atmosphere, making every day an exciting opportunity for personal and career development. Employees are supported through comprehensive benefits and a culture that values excellence, teamwork, and fun.

The role of the In-Person Marketing Associate at Travel + Leisure Co. is designed for enthusiastic individuals who can represent the Wyndham Destinations brand as positive and professional ambassadors. This position focuses on engaging with prospective and current owners at the company’s resorts, scheduling guests to meet with sales representatives, and encouraging attendance at sales-preview tours. The In-Person Marketing Associate works closely with resort staff to obtain guest arrival information, then proactively greets and qualifies potential customers following company guidelines. Responsibilities include making sales-tour reservations, collecting deposits, and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism. This role requires clear communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and proficiency with standard computer tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word. While prior sales or marketing experience is preferred, it is not a requirement, making this a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn and develop within a dynamic industry. No travel outside the local site area is required, allowing associates to work within a consistent, community-focused environment.

The position offers eligible associates a diverse range of health and welfare benefits designed to support a well-rounded personal and professional life. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, disability coverage, and more. Additionally, associates can take advantage of paid time off, parental leave, holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, legal and identity theft plans, voluntary income protection benefits, and wellness programs. A dedicated Employee Assistance Program is also available to promote overall well-being. Travel + Leisure Co. values hospitality at the core of its operations, fostering an inclusive workplace where excellence, fun, and community support are central. The company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to accommodating all candidates through accessible recruitment processes and employment practices.
