The Marketing Representative manages scheduling carefully to avoid overbooking, and ensures that guests meet eligibility requirements for promotional gifts or courtesy tours, following gifting procedures to maintain cost controls.

The role also involves providing comprehensive location-related guest services within the resort, advising guests on resort amenities and services, distributing only authorized informational materials, and upholding Hilton Grand Vacations’ high operating standards. The representative works closely with management to resolve any guest issues promptly and carries out reasonable requests to contribute to overall resort operations.

This role requires working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality and vacation ownership industry. Hilton Grand Vacations seeks candidates who possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a background in sales or marketing within the timeshare industry. Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple customer service software platforms efficiently are also vital for success.
