Additional financial benefits include a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and an employee stock purchase program. The company also supports career growth through tuition reimbursement for relevant degrees and certifications. Employees enjoy exclusive travel perks and discounts on resort stays, enhancing their personal and professional lives.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work flexible schedules that align with guest travel patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, between the hours of 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM. Key responsibilities involve promoting vacation ownership presentations, booking previews, selling mini-vacation packages, and offering concierge recommendations on local attractions and dining experiences. Marketing Concierges will also distribute promotional materials and assist with tracking and implementing marketing programs.

Ideal candidates will have a detailed knowledge of the Hawaii island, including activities, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Experience in commission-based sales or marketing roles is highly beneficial, and preference is given to candidates residing in Hawaii who have intimate familiarity with island activities.
