The role of In-House Marketing Representative at Hilton Grand Vacations is crucial in driving the company’s mission of delivering exceptional vacation experiences. This position primarily involves generating qualified leads and scheduling timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. The Marketing Representative must ensure that guests meet eligibility criteria for promotional gifts or offer courtesy tours, adhering closely to gifting protocols to control associated costs. Providing location-specific guest services and assisting visitors with information about resort amenities is another key responsibility. The representative is also tasked with distributing only Hilton Grand Vacations-approved materials, maintaining high location operating standards, and addressing guest issues promptly by consulting appropriate management.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- At least six months of sales or marketing experience in timeshare industry
- Proficiency in English including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to use multiple customer service software applications
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
