Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- At least six months of sales or marketing experience in timeshare industry
- Proficiency in English including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to use multiple customer service software applications
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service for at least one year
- Minimum six months of sales or marketing experience in the timeshare industry
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn multiple software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional interpersonal and guest relation skills
- Preferred two plus years selling and booking tours or concierge services
- Preferred one plus years of experience in timeshare sales or marketing
Job Duties
- Generate leads for timeshare sales presentations
- Book qualified presentations for prospective owners and club members
- Provide customer and concierge services to guests
- Conduct pre-arrival calls to confirm guest appointments
- Complete required paperwork accurately for each tour
- Check tour availability to prevent overbooking
- Follow gifting procedures and promote courtesy tours
- Provide guest service relating to resort information
- Distribute only authorized company materials
- Maintain location operating standards
- Address guest issues with appropriate management
