Additionally, the Marketing Communications Manager is tasked with evaluating and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and return on investment. This includes maintaining a communications and promotions calendar that supports alignment with internal stakeholders like product management, sales, and product development teams. The role further extends to managing trade shows, webinars, and corporate events, creating communication materials and promotional strategies that reinforce the company’s market position.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field is required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Knowledge of HubSpot, AI, social media platforms, and other marketing tools
- Previous experience managing a team of specialists and coordinators is preferred

- Manage and optimize the company’s website, digital content, and campaigns using HubSpot CMS
- Track and analyze performance of communication initiatives and campaigns
- Develop and manage a communications/promotions calendar
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives
- Oversee the execution of trade shows, webinars, and corporate events
- Manage and direct relationships with professional agencies and corporate partnerships
- Develop and manage the budget for marketing communication activities
- Coach and mentor team members
- Lead the marketing communications and lead generation efforts for product launches
- Work with segment managers to create product-related demand-generation campaigns
- Partner with the Sustainability Engineer and executive leadership to communicate the company’s commitment to social responsibility
- Lead additional marketing projects as assigned
