Job Description
Pine Cove is a dynamic and growing non-profit organization dedicated to providing impactful and professionally rewarding full-time employment opportunities. Known for its vibrant and mission-driven culture, Pine Cove specializes in ministry-focused work that spans various departments including marketing, accounting, registration, information technology, and human resources. The organization is committed to fostering an environment that is Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun, making it an inspiring workplace for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference through their careers. Pine Cove’s work environment is infused with high energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to transformational impact through faith-based initiatives.
The current role invites a marketing professional to drive the execution of global marketing campaigns while creating engaging visual and video content for the Pine Cove Mom on Mission (PCMOM) network. This role balances strategic campaign coordination with hands-on content production, ensuring that all marketing efforts align tightly with Pine Cove’s core values. The individual in this position will be instrumental in developing shareable digital toolkits such as Canva templates, graphics, and flyers designed to engage parents and camper families across all regions. The role requires close collaboration across departments as well as with external partners to manage campaign workflows, develop tactical marketing briefs, and coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials.
Key to this position is the ability to produce short-form video content and quick-turn graphic assets with a high degree of energy and creativity. This may involve direct involvement in production or managing external creative contractors to support camp-wide marketing initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will play a vital role in the coordination and execution of regional marketing special events, as well as maintaining accurate reporting and database management related to marketing campaign performance.
This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a ministry that seeks to transform lives through God’s work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellence with a joyful attitude. Qualifications include a minimum of one to three years of experience in marketing campaign coordination, content production, or network management, preferably with prior experience at Pine Cove. Proficiency in creative design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and short-form video software like Premiere or CapCut is essential. Experience with social media platforms and online networking tools is also required to maximize engagement.
Overall, this role is perfect for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a faith-based, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a mission that values community connection, creativity, and spiritual impact.
