Job Requirements

  • 4-7 plus years of marketing experience
  • proven expertise managing marketing campaigns and events
  • experience in enterprise or deep-tech sectors
  • strong project management capabilities
  • data-driven decision-making skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively across functions

Job Qualifications

  • 4-7 plus years of experience in B2B, B2C marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
  • proven experience managing integrated campaigns and industry events
  • experience in enterprise or deep-tech environments such as robotics, hardware, AI, platform technologies
  • strong project management skills
  • data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing ROI
  • excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology preferred
  • familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes preferred
  • experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies preferred
  • experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • develop targeted campaigns aligned to ideal customer profiles and key industry verticals
  • partner with product marketing to ensure strong messaging and positioning
  • collaborate with sales to drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline through campaigns
  • own end-to-end execution of industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer demos
  • coordinate logistics, vendors, booth design, and on-site execution for events
  • collaborate with sales to maximize meetings and pipeline from events
  • drive high-quality lead generation and account engagement
  • support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • ensure strong lead capture, follow-up, and handoff to sales
  • track and report on campaign and event performance including leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline created
  • analyze ROI and continuously optimize campaigns and channel mix
  • work closely with product marketing, sales, and content teams to align on messaging, account targeting, and campaign assets
