About the Role

Dexmate is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign & Event Manager to spearhead efforts in driving pipeline growth through impactful marketing campaigns and strategic event management. This full-time role centers on planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that incorporate both online and offline elements. The Marketing Campaign & Event Manager will focus heavily on generating high-quality leads, supporting enterprise sales cycles, and showcasing Dexmate’s cutting-edge technology through dynamic real-world engagements.

Collaborating closely with product marketing, sales teams, and company leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that all campaigns and events align directly with business objectives and revenue targets. This role demands a candidate who can innovate within an integrated marketing function, combining creativity and analytical skills to optimize performance and maximize impact.

Key responsibilities include developing targeted campaigns aligned with ideal customer profiles and key industry verticals, owning end-to-end execution of industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer demos, and driving account engagement through lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves rigorous performance tracking and continuous optimization to ensure maximum return on investment. Cross-functional collaboration is a cornerstone, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with product marketing, sales, and content teams to create compelling campaign assets and drive success across the board.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 4 to 7 plus years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, particularly in enterprise or deep-tech sectors such as robotics, hardware, AI, or platform technologies. The candidate should bring strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, and proven experience managing integrated campaigns and industry events. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles are advantageous. Job Duties

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
