The Marketing Brand Manager position at Embergrove Hospitality is a full-time, exempt role with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus benefits. This remote position plays a critical role in bridging corporate marketing strategy with property-level execution. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Marketing, the Marketing Brand Manager is the main marketing liaison supporting multiple hotel properties across the EHG portfolio. This role requires close collaboration with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive key business objectives, including occupancy rates, meetings, weddings, food and beverage sales, and local market awareness.

The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing operations at Embergrove Hospitality and managing all marketing requests from the hotel properties. This role designs and executes integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the Embergrove Hospitality brand standards. In addition to strategic planning, the position demands hands-on involvement with campaign development, project management, and tactical marketing execution as business needs arise.

Key responsibilities include managing brand and campaign strategies, partnering with internal teams to support commercial initiatives, serving as the primary marketing contact for hotel leadership, and providing guidance to the Content Marketer to ensure production of high-quality creative assets. The Marketing Brand Manager also monitors the company’s digital presence, manages social media and email marketing campaigns, updates websites, maintains Google Business Profiles, and analyzes campaign performance to recommend improvements.

This position requires the ability to balance multiple projects efficiently across different properties, coordinating timelines and prioritizing work based on business impact and deadlines. The Marketing Brand Manager also plays an essential role in protecting and enhancing the Embergrove Hospitality brand reputation by monitoring guest feedback on social media and review platforms, coordinating responses to guest concerns, and escalating sensitive situations appropriately.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional marketing experience
  • experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, Meta advertising, website content management, and digital marketing
  • experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • strong copywriting and proofreading abilities
  • experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • experience using website content management systems such as Squarespace or WordPress
  • working knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting preferred
  • hospitality, tourism, or multi-location brand experience preferred

Job Duties
