Job Description

Campers Inn RV is the Nation's Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership, with over 50 locations spread across more than 20 states. Founded in 1966 by Art and Fran Hirsch, this company prides itself on its family-focused roots, which still drive their core values of integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and sustainability. Over the decades, Campers Inn RV has grown from a single dealership into a respected industry leader, known for its commitment to offering customers the best RV lifestyle experience possible. They have earned national recognition for their excellence, being named a Top 50 RV Dealership in the U.S. every year since 2010 and recently honored as one of the Top 5 Blue Ribbon RV Dealerships by RVBusiness. Their vision centers on being the RVer's Trusted Resource not just for customers but also for employees and partners as they continue expanding across the country and pursue global growth opportunities. The company culture emphasizes fairness, respect, and genuine care for every employee and customer, fostering an environment where career growth and meaningful contributions are possible.

The Brand Manager role at Campers Inn RV is a key leadership position responsible for owning campaign strategy across their 50-plus dealership network. This hybrid position is based out of their Jacksonville, FL headquarters and offers a collaborative work environment involving partnerships with Sales, Performance, Creative, Lifecycle, and Events teams. The role's primary responsibility includes building and managing a 90-day rolling campaign calendar that aligns marketing efforts with inventory, sales goals, seasonal factors, and event strategies. The Brand Manager sets messaging and positioning, eliminates conflicting promotions, and works closely with National Sales Directors to ensure campaigns align across all stores. The position requires end-to-end ownership of campaign success—from briefing creative teams to executing campaigns and measuring results—with frequent adjustments based on data insights. Utilizing AI tools for competitive research and best practice identification is also an important part of the strategy development. This role carries shared accountability for sales goals, cost per sale, expense ratios, and market share within same-store operations. Employees in this position benefit from ongoing career development opportunities, including specialized job training, certifications, professional development, and support for continuing education. Campers Inn RV also offers a comprehensive health and welfare plan for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week, covering major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and a qualified retirement plan with employer match. The company values a supportive work environment and encourages applicants who are driven, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative culture. This role provides an excellent opportunity for marketing professionals passionate about the RV lifestyle to make a tangible impact on a nationwide network and advance their careers within a highly regarded and growing company.
