Job Description
The Precast Forte Group, known as Forte, is a global leader in licensing precast concrete products, serving a network of over 80 licensees worldwide. Forte excels in providing extensive marketing, technical, installation, and production support that empowers its licensees to maintain exceptional standards of quality and efficiency. This established company manages form sales, offering licensees indispensable tools and equipment that facilitate the production of premium precast concrete products. Forte's portfolio includes three distinct product lines: Recon Wall Systems, a precast concrete block retaining system; LPB, a precast concrete light pole base system; and EV Blocks, a precast concrete foundation system designed for electric vehicle chargers. In addition to these product lines, Forte operates Rethink Precast Marketing (RPM), a specialized fractional marketing agency dedicated solely to supporting the precast industry. This agency helps extend Forte's marketing expertise and strategic vision across its network and clients.
Forte is currently looking to hire a Marketing Associate for a full-time role that demands creativity, initiative, and tactical execution excellence. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role driving tactical marketing activities across Forte's three core business pillars: centralized demand generation, producer marketing services, and the RPM agency. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position will be responsible for hands-on production of marketing assets that include graphic design, social media management, email campaigns, CRM administration, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional who treats tactical execution as part of a larger strategic system, delivering high-quality marketing materials while continuously identifying optimization opportunities.
This role is uniquely suited to someone who thrives in an environment that values autonomy and the ability to build scalable marketing processes from the ground up. The Marketing Associate is expected to contribute actively to the foundational marketing efforts that support Forte's long-term growth objectives, leveraging both creative and analytical skills. Responsibilities include not just asset creation but also managing CRM data accuracy, scheduling social media content, and conducting market research to support strategic marketing decisions. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a pioneering firm in the precast concrete industry, where innovation meets technical precision and industry expertise.
