Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
  • frequent standing, walking, bending
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • healthcare or senior living experience is a plus but not required
  • personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
  • organized and detail-oriented
  • comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
  • adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Respond to digital and phone inquiries
  • prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
  • provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
  • enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
  • assist with reporting and follow-up communications
  • create engaging social media content
  • write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
  • assist with website updates
  • support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives
  • help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
  • assist with volunteer program coordination
  • plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
  • represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner
