We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to join our team at The Glen. This role is ideal for early-career professionals in marketing or sales who are eager to develop their skills and contribute directly to the growth and outreach efforts of our community. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in connecting seniors and their families with the services and care available at The Glen. This position involves a dynamic blend of responsibilities including supporting sales and lead generation, contributing to digital marketing initiatives, and engaging with the community through events and outreach activities.
The Marketing Associate will be actively involved in responding to inquiries, preparing materials for tours, conducting tours across multiple levels of care, managing data through our CRM system, and assisting with reporting and follow-up communications. In addition, they will create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns, help with website updates, and support seasonal marketing campaigns and fundraising efforts. The role also involves coordinating caregiver support groups, volunteer programs, and community events, serving as a professional and friendly representative of The Glen.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with families and referral partners. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, WordPress, and digital marketing tools is preferred, although a willingness to learn is essential. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sales support, digital marketing, and community engagement within the healthcare and senior living sectors. The role is compensated at $22.50 per hour and provides an excellent pathway for career growth in marketing and sales.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
- frequent standing, walking, bending
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- healthcare or senior living experience is a plus but not required
- personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
- organized and detail-oriented
- comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Respond to digital and phone inquiries
- prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
- provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
- enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
- assist with reporting and follow-up communications
- create engaging social media content
- write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
- assist with website updates
- support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
- assist with volunteer program coordination
- plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
- represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner
