Job Requirements
- Ability to work in an active, high-traffic environment
- frequent standing, walking, bending
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 90 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- healthcare or senior living experience is a plus but not required
- personable and confident interacting with families and community partners
- organized and detail-oriented
- comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- familiar with or eager to learn CRM systems, WordPress, social media tools, and email marketing platforms
- adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Respond to digital and phone inquiries
- prepare materials for tours and welcome prospective residents
- provide tours across multiple levels of care (training provided)
- enter and track prospect data in our CRM system
- assist with reporting and follow-up communications
- create engaging social media content
- write and gather content for newsletters and email campaigns
- assist with website updates
- support seasonal campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- help coordinate caregiver support group meetings
- assist with volunteer program coordination
- plan and support community events, outreach activities, and trade shows
- represent The Glen in a professional and friendly manner
