Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or marketing support roles
  • proficient with online platforms such as social media, email marketing software, and website management tools
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • availability to work approximately 30 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • polished, professional demeanor
  • familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
  • some knowledge of home building, real estate, or design is a plus
  • proactive, self-starter attitude with attention to detail
  • experience in marketing, administration, or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination
  • maintain office supplies and organization
  • assist team with general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and light project coordination
  • maintain and update the company website with new project photos, listings, and announcements
  • create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • monitor social engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner
  • assist in organizing photoshoots, open houses, events, and community features
  • build and send out regular email campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • track and analyze marketing metrics to improve engagement
  • support SEO efforts through blog posting and content management
  • coordinate with website and IT vendors for regular updates or technical issues
  • help track and report minor maintenance needs at model homes or office spaces
