Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to travel to client sites and event venues in St. Louis
- Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and in-person
- Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple leads
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of motivation and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event planning or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to generate new event bookings
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads quickly and professionally
- Present our events packages and services in a compelling, confident manner
- Support the team in hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, private, and community event markets in St. Louis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand each client's vision and match them with the right event solution
