The Marketing & Social Media Assistant role at AEI offers an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic marketing team. This position is flexible in location, catering to both remote and possible hybrid work settings. As a creative, organized, and motivated professional, the Marketing & Social Media Assistant will support daily marketing activities, campaign execution, and event coordination to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. In addition to content and event-related duties, the assistant will provide crucial support to the marketing team in launching campaigns, updating website content, and managing project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Monitoring analytics and reporting on social media performance, website traffic, and campaign engagement metrics are critical tasks to refine marketing strategies and measure success effectively. This role also includes general administrative responsibilities such as marketing team coordination and other assigned duties to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional marketing and social media experience
- proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools
- basic graphic design skills with Canva experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication
- high level of organization and attention to detail
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
- ability to sit, type, handle equipment, speak and hear regularly
- occasional standing, walking, balancing, kneeling or crouching
- ability to travel independently
- capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds
