Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional marketing and social media experience
  • proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools
  • basic graphic design skills with Canva experience preferred
  • strong written and verbal communication
  • high level of organization and attention to detail
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors
  • ability to sit, type, handle equipment, speak and hear regularly
  • occasional standing, walking, balancing, kneeling or crouching
  • ability to travel independently
  • capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • close vision and focus ability

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media
  • proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media management tools
  • basic graphic design skills, preferably with Canva
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • high level of organization and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms
  • Research venues and coordinate logistics for events including food, beverage, and promotional items
  • Assist onsite with event setup, booth arrangements, and attendee registration
  • Draft marketing materials including blog posts, newsletters, and creative social media content
  • Support marketing team with campaign launches, website content updates, and project timeline management
  • Monitor and report on social media and campaign analytics to improve marketing strategies
  • Provide administrative assistance and marketing team coordination as needed
