Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional marketing and social media experience
- proficiency in major social media platforms and management tools
- basic graphic design skills with Canva experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication
- high level of organization and attention to detail
- ability to work indoors and outdoors
- ability to sit, type, handle equipment, speak and hear regularly
- occasional standing, walking, balancing, kneeling or crouching
- ability to travel independently
- capacity to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- close vision and focus ability
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media
- proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media management tools
- basic graphic design skills, preferably with Canva
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- high level of organization and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms
- Research venues and coordinate logistics for events including food, beverage, and promotional items
- Assist onsite with event setup, booth arrangements, and attendee registration
- Draft marketing materials including blog posts, newsletters, and creative social media content
- Support marketing team with campaign launches, website content updates, and project timeline management
- Monitor and report on social media and campaign analytics to improve marketing strategies
- Provide administrative assistance and marketing team coordination as needed
