Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in medical front office or hospitality
  • proficiency in Japanese
  • ability to handle sensitive conversations with emotional intelligence
  • familiarity with EMR systems
  • knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to engage in community outreach activities

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in medical front office or high-end hospitality role
  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
  • proficiency in Japanese
  • exceptional emotional intelligence
  • proficiency with EMR systems and marketing tools
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • interest or experience in digital marketing and social media management

Job Duties

  • greet patients and visitors with empathy and warmth
  • efficiently manage patient intake processes including check-ins, insurance verification, and payment collection
  • act as first point of contact for new patient inquiries via phone and email
  • coordinate complex medical appointments ensuring smooth clinic flow
  • maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality
  • assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms
  • monitor and respond to patient reviews while encouraging testimonials
  • help plan and execute community events and seminars
  • maintain and update marketing collateral
  • collaborate with clinical team to document patient success stories
