Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in medical front office or hospitality
- proficiency in Japanese
- ability to handle sensitive conversations with emotional intelligence
- familiarity with EMR systems
- knowledge of digital marketing tools
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to engage in community outreach activities
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in medical front office or high-end hospitality role
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- proficiency in Japanese
- exceptional emotional intelligence
- proficiency with EMR systems and marketing tools
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- interest or experience in digital marketing and social media management
Job Duties
- greet patients and visitors with empathy and warmth
- efficiently manage patient intake processes including check-ins, insurance verification, and payment collection
- act as first point of contact for new patient inquiries via phone and email
- coordinate complex medical appointments ensuring smooth clinic flow
- maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality
- assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms
- monitor and respond to patient reviews while encouraging testimonials
- help plan and execute community events and seminars
- maintain and update marketing collateral
- collaborate with clinical team to document patient success stories
