The Marketing and Events Coordinator position at the Austin E. As a dedicated and strategic professional, the Coordinator will lead marketing and communication efforts that reinforce the Cofrin School of Business brand. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree at time of application
  • Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid driver's license upon appointment
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Marinette, Sheboygan or Manitowoc Campuses
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment education and criminal background checks

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute most student-facing and employee-facing college-level events in collaboration with co-hosts and Student Engagement Assistant
  • Serve on engagement-related committees and working groups including CSB Recruitment Committee, Community Relations working group, K12 relations working group, and All Campus Programmers
  • Organize student-focused programming and resources to promote educational initiatives
  • Generate and analyze reports of events and marketing outcomes
  • Lead college-level marketing strategy and implementation for the Cofrin School of Business
  • Write, edit, and publish content for various communication projects and marketing platforms
  • Support CSB Student Organizations by acting as a point of contact for advisors and student leaders
  • Manage the Signature Events and Activity Fund
  • Chair the Student Leadership Council, serving as a CSB student focus group
  • Assist Centers with brainstorming events, conference travel, social media, student engagement, and recruiting student worker Lab Assistants
