Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, event planning, or project management
  • proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp
  • working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or CMS platforms like WordPress
  • proven ability to negotiate vendor contracts and manage external partnerships
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or project management
  • experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and digital marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp
  • familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing external partners

Job Duties

  • Support ongoing development and enhancement of the Anza brand through analytics-driven insights and in-person events
  • assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across traditional channels
  • coordinate creation of marketing assets including brochures, presentations, event collateral, and web content ensuring brand consistency
  • execute email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, copy development, deployment, and performance reporting
  • update and maintain the corporate website and social media channels
  • manage the marketing asset library and ensure content is current, accurate, and compliant
  • track and report on campaign performance including engagement metrics, traffic trends, and lead generation
  • lead planning and execution of company events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, internal meetings, and client events
  • manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, catering, AV setup, and onsite coordination
  • develop and manage event budgets ensuring all activities stay within approved financial parameters
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective event presence and messaging
  • create event promotional plans in partnership with the Customer Success team to drive attendance and engagement
  • conduct post-event analysis reporting on ROI, lead capture, attendance metrics, and participant feedback
