Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate functions fundraisers and promotional activities
- Support event setup registration guest services and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with vendors for catering banquet services and other event requirements
- Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and enhance customer experience
- Manage event budgets and assist with contracts and negotiations with suppliers and venues
- Upsell products or services during events to maximize revenue opportunities
- Contribute to marketing campaigns through social media promotion flyers and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative event concepts and marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and resolving issues promptly
