In this position, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of brand activation plans that span social media campaigns, digital marketing efforts, public relations outreach, and experiential marketing events including pop-ups and sampling activities. The role involves managing the logistical components of these activations, such as organizing product shipments, event materials, and vendor relations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
Additionally, the Marketing Activation Coordinator will assist in the development of creative elements such as packaging concept designs and marketing collateral in collaboration with the Brand Activation lead. Creative storytelling is also an essential part of the role, contributing to marketing touchpoints via copywriting, content ideation, and the preparation of creative briefs. The coordinator will oversee coordination with freelance designers and external agencies to facilitate creative execution, guaranteeing that all marketing materials align with the company’s vision and standards.
This role supports experiential marketing initiatives by planning and executing events that engage consumers directly and build brand awareness in meaningful ways. Coordination of vendors, partners, and logistics plays a central role in ensuring the success of these events. Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing social media management or PR
- Practical knowledge of Canva and similar digital content creation tools

- Great problem-solving skills and sense of job ownership
- Passion for natural and organic products and working for a purpose driven company a plus
Job Duties
- Support execution of brand activation plans across marketing channels including social digital PR and experiential initiatives
- Help coordinate logistics for activations such as product sends event materials and vendor support
- Assist with outreach coordination and follow-up for activation partners as needed
