Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- prior sales, showroom, or architectural/design firm experience required
- minimum 5 years of sales experience
- minimum 3 years managing a sales team
- bachelor’s degree in business, management, architecture, or design preferred
- industry experience preferred (tile/stone, interiors, plumbing)
- experience in a luxury sales environment preferred

Job Duties
- Set and manage expectations for the customer experience
- maintain showroom to the high standards consistent with the Ann Sacks brand
- train all associates on the company’s expected processes for showroom and outreach sales process
- effectively resolve customer issues ensuring timely resolution
- lead by example developing your own client relationships delivering superior service and sales results
- create connections with the architectural and design community through active participation in trade, industry and networking groups and events
- design in-showroom events to further solidify relationships and drive business growth
